Purified water at 1 µS/cm for Natural Center Solutions

We designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and UV disinfection system that produces high-purity water for formulating cosmetic products.

Water for formulating cosmetics, from chlorinated mains water

NCS needed to produce purified water continuously to make its products. Public mains water arrives with residual free chlorine, which damages reverse osmosis membranes and must be removed before that stage.

Treatment train: from mains water to purified water

Four stages, with automatic dosing that neutralizes chlorine before the reverse osmosis.

Automation and control

  • Horner PLC with 2.2″ HMI touch screen and IP65 protection rating.
  • Variable frequency drive for start-up and proportional control of the high-pressure pump.
  • Automatic membrane flushing, 2- and 3-way actuated valves and alarms for levels, pressures and motor thermal protection.

Turnkey, with a one-year warranty

Sanitron designed, supplied, installed and commissioned the complete system for the NCS plant.
